LBSC Virginia 3.5In Gauge

We have had a lot of these over the years but this is a real barn find! if you want a total rebuild model it looks like pretty much all the parts are there, because it is incomplete we cannot test the boiler so please assume it is no good as this model is sold as seen. Great Project for someone?!!
