5 Inch King George VI

GWR King George VI, these were one of the largest locomotives made by the Great Western Railway so consequently the 5" gauge model is a large beast. Lots of weight from the 4 cylinders (two inside, two outside) and with the 4-6-0 wheel configuration this model is best suited for club running. The mechanics on the model are in great condition, it has been used but has lots of life. Currently waiting to be timed properly but we should be doing that before she is offered to a new owner. With a wealth of detail and a really nice patina of use about her, this will make an incredibly hansome model under steam with the power to match. Recently tested silver soldered boiler, steam injector, hand pump and mechanical lubricator,  a chance to own an iconic GWR locomotive.
