7 1/4 Inch Gauge Neptune Four
For consideration in 7 1/4" Inch gauge is this large locomotive 'Neptune 4' produced by AME (Abbots Model Engineering). This large locomotive is ideal for club running, with a simple assembly of steel powder coated body pannels, easily broken down into smaller parts for manouverability.
Laser cut body panels give the simple effect of body detailing, whilst ensuring there is no detail parts to loose.
This example is 24v fitted with a 4QD controller and handset, dead mans handel, battery condition meter, Mtroniks Sound syestem, twin horns and has had the gears upgraded to steel. Includes two sealed 85amh 12v batteries. This locomotive was only purchased new around 9 months ago so is in great overall condition.
4 x axle mounted motors and pulls 8 persons (according to the owner).
PS. the green insulation tape is only to protect the chasssis from scratching, this can be removed if required!
