2 Inch Scale Foden D Class

Ar really lovely, unusual scale model of a Foden Overtype steam timber tractor. On a much shorter wheelbase than other Foden lorries this nicely put together model is well progressed but incomplete.

Built around a fairly low capacity copper boiler on a steel chassis. Robust mechanics, with twin cylinders, chain driven rear axle, mechanical lubricator, injector and hand pump.
A good level of detailing overall and what work has been carried out appears to have been done to a good standard. It will need pipework completing before it can be run, making it a nice little project for someone to finish off.
